Of course, you don't have to stand up all the time. You can also paddle while sitting or standing on your knees.

Whatever way you choose, one thing is sure, you will be able to paddle away from the crowded beach and have a moment just for yourself. And we all know how important that is. Plus, the staff provides any safety equipment needed, you just have to bring your good vibes!

What a great experience booked paddle boarding but also did the kayaks as well would highly recommend
