Aside from being an excellent whole body workout, stand-up paddling allows you to get away for a bit and have a moment all for yourself. Especially if you rent it in the earlier hours of the day!

If you've never tried a SUP board before, don't worry. You can also paddle sitting down or on your knees. Plus, the staff is happy to help you out with anything you need, and they provide the life vests.
