The pirate boat tour was a huge disappointment. It was advertised as a family-friendly experience for children, but it felt nothing like that. The staff on board were unfriendly and showed little patience or kindness towards kids. To make matters worse, smoking was allowed on the ship, with ash blowing directly into our faces – completely inappropriate for a supposed children’s activity.
The tour guide’s English was very difficult to understand, making it impossible to follow along. While free coffee and alcohol were provided for adults, there was absolutely nothing for children – no refreshments, no entertainment, and no effort to keep them engaged. Overall, it was poorly run, misleading in its advertising, and not enjoyable for families. A real disappointment.
