Is cancellation free?

Yes, all activities on 365.tours include fair cancellation terms. Most allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, and some offer even more flexibility — with free cancellation available up to one hour before the activity begins. You can also reschedule, depending on availability.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can easily cancel your booking through your account. Open your booking details and click the Action button, then select Refund - the booking will immediately be cancelled and refunded to your account, provided it is within cancellation policy.

How can I reschedule my booking?

You can easily reschedule your booking through your account. Open your booking details and click the Action button, then select Reschedule. A calendar will display all available dates and times — simply choose the one that works best for you, and your booking will automatically update to the new time slot.

What if the weather is bad?

We have a weather guarantee policy - if an outdoor or water activity is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you’ll receive a free reschedule or a full refund automatically.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, open your booking details, click the Action button, and select Refund. Your booking will be canceled and your refund issued automatically, as long as it’s within the activity’s free cancellation period. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

How long do refunds take?

Most refunds are processed immediately, since we initially only preauthorize payments. If your payment has already been captured, refunds are usually completed within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
